It was a fast-paced 3 days of fishing for Grant and Tim which left them with a fish count of just under 60 fish and 15 different species in the net…Grant had previously fished with us last year and brought his friend Tim along this year with ambitions of capturing one of our arapaimas… on the first day, his wish came true as the line screamed off the reel with a fish that gave him the fight of his life..

It was very nice to welcome Jim back to the lake again this year. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, we have been quite lucky to get a few anglers around the lake. The lake has been fishing well and Jim had a very enjoyable 3 days and lost count of the amount of carp he landed…
Jim is now a member of our Expats Angling Club and able to continue to enjoy the discounted rates even after the virus problem is long over. The lake is now big enough to facilitate this and it should be fun… if you are interested in membership please contact us for further details..

Lez traveled up from Khon Kaen for a days fishing but due to the rains, he was only able to fish in the afternoon, although he still managed to land 12 fish within 6 hours and went home a happy man…
