A lovely couple from Scotland Thomas and Jodie booked the lake today and what an exciting day it turned out to be with 9 different fish species gracing the net …here are some pictures of some of the fish they caught today..

Paul a keen carp and course fisherman from the UK has been following our facebook page for sometime now so it was very nice to meet him in person… it was a bit of a late start but things soon warmed up with some screaming runs from our Amazon Redtails followed by a very nice mixed variety of 8 other fish species. Here are some pictures of just a few of the fish caught today..

Spending the afternoon fishing with my son today reminded me of the happy times when my father used to take me fishing, I don’t seem to remember catching more fish than him though

Now that the rains have stopped we can now resume development work on our 2nd larger lake expansion and also a new stock pond..a lot of exciting new fish will eventually be introduced..along with luxury fishing lodge and swimming pool for none fishing family members …the venue will still remain uncommercialised & private with limited bookings..

Fellow Brit Dave a keen pike fishermen rented the lake out today, it was his first time fishing in Thailand but it did not take him too long to put his fishing skills into play… nicely landing 12 fish and with 6 different species ……

It was John and John Juniors’ first time fishing our lake today and between them they managed to land nine exciting fish species, here is a preview of some of the fish they caught today..:)

A late afternoon start still produced some good results for Jame’s on his second time fishing our lake and Mathew’s first try at fishing in general…. A bit of a competition ensued with James taking the lead with two ripsaws, juliens golden prize carp, common carp and an amazon redtail… after a bit of tuition Mathew was not far behind but soon caught up with one of our chunky chao phraya fresh water sharks, a tambaqui,, siamese carp and three redtails… it was a very pleasant afternoon,and with lovely weather of course… thank you lads we look forward to seeing you again next time …

A slightly slow start turned into an exciting day for keen carp enthusiast Paul from the UK, I was beginning to wonder if the French lads had tired all the fish out until the battle commenced with a lovely ripsaw catfish then followed by a very energetic chao phraya freshwater shark.. as the day warmed up so did the fishing producing a very nice variety of 7 different fish species … with it being Paul’s first experience fishing Thailand I feel sure it will be a day to remember..
